April Beaher joined Sumner in October 2025 and has enjoyed becoming part of a supportive and collaborative team. Known for her detail-oriented nature, she takes pride in reviewing fine details and helping ensure things run smoothly. She finds great fulfillment in supporting her coworkers and values being part of an office that works together to serve clients well.

In her role, she assists the office staff with a variety of tasks, stepping in wherever needed to help keep daily operations running efficiently. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of Missouri. Additionally, she spent over 13 years homeschooling her four children, graduating three and preparing her youngest to graduate in 2027. This experience has strengthened her organizational and communication skills.

Outside of work, she is active in her church community. She and her husband lead a small group Bible study for young adults in their home, which she considers a highlight of her week. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Joey, and their four children—Grace, Levi, Samuel, and Joy. Family life is an important and joyful part of her life.
