Thank you all for your helpfulness this week during our response to COVID-19 preparedness. These few days have allowed our team to complete existing vital client business needs already in process, minimize office traffic flow, and help prevent the risk of spread of COVID-19.  We take very seriously the protection and safety of our team and our clients. We also take seriously the ability to be of service to our clients that mean so much to us. By initiating Phase II of our COVID-19 Operations Plan below, we are intent on serving you by also keeping everyone safe. 



Beginning Friday, March 20, 2020, our office will continue to conduct business during our normal business hours Monday – Friday 8:00 – 5:00 with no face to face client appointments/interactions and no public entrance into our office lobby.

We will continue to conduct business via the following methods:

  • Fax                    (660) 827-4596

  • Virtual appts.   (Call the office to establish)


We will continue to:

  • Accept payments via EFT, Credit/Debit cards

  • Process New Applications

  • Submit Claims

  • Help with Billing issues

  • Answer questions
